As true people from Romagna, we are proud of our local cuisine and do not miss an opportunity to offer the traditional specialties, with which our grandmothers raised us!
All dishes are cooked with ingredients from our areas: meat from controlled breeding farms, fish from the Adriatic Sea, wild or ethically bred, and vegetables that are rigorously Italian.
There is no shortage of dishes linked to the tradition of the rest of the Italian regions, featured on both menus and buffets. And, for all the children who stay with us, we have prepared some treats they won't be able to resist!

Cakes, tarts and croissants:our master pastry chef makes breakfast the best time of the day. It will be really hard to choose what to eat for breakfast! Our buffet always includes savory delicacies, yogurt, cereal and fresh fruit.

Passatelli, gnocchi and ravioli: these are just some of the first courses inspired by the culinary culture of Cattolica. Homemade second courses, featuring meat and oily fish, also represent our area well. Decide which one you prefer among the 3 menus offered at each meal.
